Enterprise Risk Manager

S&W has been retained by BankNewport to lead the search for its next Enterprise Risk Manager, a highly visible role at a pivotal time for the organization. About the Role: The Enterprise Risk Manager will report directly to the EVP, Chief Legal and Compliance Officer and oversee the continued development and day-to-day operation of the Bank’s enterprise risk management program. This individual will partner with leaders across the organization to enhance BankNewport’s risk appetite framework, key risk indicators, risk register, process and control mapping, policy-exception governance, and executive and Board reporting. The role offers an experienced, hands-on enterprise or operational risk professional the opportunity to take broad ownership of a growing ERM function, work closely with executive leadership and the Board Risk Committee, and help shape the Bank’s risk framework as the organization continues to grow. #J-18808-Ljbffr Smith & Wilkinson
