Mechanical Assembler

Assembler oppertunity - $19/hr to start! We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will assemble precision components, manage raw materials, and maintain strict quality standards to ensure our products meet exact specifications

work hours: 6 AM - 3 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Assembly Operations: Interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and work orders to assemble finished products using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment (drilling, soldering, wiring, and fastening).

Material Preparation: Sort, stage, and organize components and parts from inventory; verify quantities and specifications to keep the assembly line running efficiently.

Quality Control: Inspect parts and completed assemblies at each stage to detect defects or malfunctions, reporting issues immediately to maintain high quality standards.

Inventory Management: Track component and supply usage, maintain accurate inventory records, and coordinate with procurement to report shortages in a timely manner.

Safety & Compliance: Strictly follow all workplace safety protocols, maintain a clean workspace, and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• wearing steel toe shoes
• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• manual lifting up to 50lbs
