Director, Corporate Accounting

The Director of Corporate Accounting will be responsible for overseeing corporate accounting policies, ensuring accurate and timely close and consolidation, supporting SEC reporting, and serving as a technical resource for the business as it continues to scale.Key Responsibilities:* Lead corporate accounting activities including monthly/quarterly close, consolidations, and intercompany accounting across global entities* Own technical accounting matters (ASC 606, ASC 842, business combinations, equity, revenue, etc.) and drive policy development and implementation* Partner closely with SEC Reporting, Tax, FP&A, Internal Audit, and external auditors* Manage and mentor a growing corporate accounting team, fostering development and accountability* Drive process improvements, automation, and system enhancements to support scalability* Ensure strong internal controls and SOX compliance in a public company environmentWhy This Role:This role offers a rare blend of technical depth, leadership, and strategic exposure within a global organization that values its finance team as true business partners.If you are ready to step into a high-impact leadership role with long-term growth potential, apply today.Requirements* 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting and corporate leadership* Strong technical accounting background within a public company and global environment* Proven people leadership experience with the ability to scale teams* ERP experience and experience navigating complex consolidations* CPA preferredJob TypeDirect HireCompensation150000 - $180000
