About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Growth to spearhead its acquisition strategy and investment in growth. The successful candidate will be a key leader, driving the company's growth tactics across various regions and segments. This role demands a talented individual with a strong quantitative background, excellent technical skills, and sound business acumen. The Head of Growth will be responsible for leveraging data-driven and experiment-driven approaches, as well as creative strategies, to maximize acquisition and engagement across all marketing channels. Working in close partnership with the Marketing Leadership team, the Head of Growth will own and lead the metrics for pipeline and conversion, and be at the forefront of measuring and guiding multichannel spend. A proven track record in a senior growth role, particularly in a fast-paced B2B technology environment, is essential. The role requires a leader who can think outside the box, optimize the ad and channel mix, and craft compelling advertising campaigns. The Head of Growth will also be tasked with expanding the influence and scope of the growth, digital, and web marketing team, and must be adept at fostering a culture of discipline and best practices. Strong leadership and communication skills are a must, as the role involves leading a team to achieve significant growth targets and acting as a mentor, advisor, and coach throughout the organization. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing resources effectively, prioritizing growth initiatives, and building a high-performing team across all digital channels.
