Senior Project Accountant Location: Dulles, VA Shift: 8am-5pm Mon-Fri Type: Direct Hire About the company Our Client is an expert in MEP building systems and provides integrated, full lifecycle solutions that optimize the design, construction, operation, and efficiency of buildings. Responsibilities Compiles, prepares and analyzes monthly project billings per contract requirements for more complex accounts. Monitors budgets and commitments, processing subcontractor and vendor invoices, preparing drafts of owner invoices, and resolving issues. Partners with the project manager and other team members to monitor overall job financial status. Collaborates by preparing for and attending progress and division meetings. Prepares monthly reports with current estimates and identifies risks or opportunities. Prepares special analyses as required. Serves as mentor and provides training to or supervise less-experienced Project Accountants.
