Houston HVAC Senior Project Manager

Pre-Construction Recruitment Consultant at LVI Associates We are currently seeking a Senior HVAC Project Manager, minimum of 5 to 10 years' experience with a Mechanical Contractor. He must have commercial, institutional and hospital mechanical experience. Key Responsibilities Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards. Qualifications Commercial, institutional and hospital mechanical experience. Experience with mechanical contracts in the $3,000,000 - $10,000,000 range or larger. Plumbing PM experience is a plus. PM must understand the different types of HVAC Systems, especially chilled water systems and components. A working knowledge of Piping, Sheetmetal, and Controls is required.
