This is a great opportunity to grow your career in a supportive, team-focused environment.Pay & ScheduleWe offer a competitive compensation structure designed to reward your skills and productivity:Commission -based pay for full groomsHourly pay for additional servicesEarning potential: Successful groomers can earn $50,000+ annually, with higher earning potential based on productivity and client retention.Schedule:Five shifts per week, typically 8:00 AM – 6:00 PMAvailability between Monday–SundaySchedule may vary based on business needsPerks & BenefitsHealth, dental, and vision insurance (full-time employees)Retirement plan with employer matchPaid time off (PTO)Employee discountsProfessional development assistanceWhat You'll DoAs an Animal Groomer, you'll play a key role in ensuring pets receive high-quality care and grooming services.Responsibilities include:Performing full grooms, including haircuts, bathing, and nail careEnsuring each pet's comfort, safety, and well-beingMaintaining a clean, sanitary, and organized grooming (SPAW) environmentFollowing strict hygiene and safety protocolsAccurately charting grooming details and communicating with the Client Services TeamWith support from our Pet Care Technicians and Client Service Specialists, you'll be able to focus on delivering excellent grooming services.What We're Looking ForMinimum qualifications:At least 2 years of grooming experienceBasic computer skillsAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.You'll be a great fit if you are:Detail-oriented and safety-focusedEthical and compassionate with animalsProfessional and dependableA positive, self-motivated team playerMORE ABOUT US In operation since 2012, we have a stellar reputation in our community and the surrounding region as a modern pet care facility committed to quality services and excellent care for dogs and cats.
