Job Title: RN Hospice City: Moab State: UT Job Type: Travel Speciality: Hospice Facility Setting: Short Term Acute Care (STAC) Accepting Locals per Radius Rule: Yes Contract Length: 13 weeks Shifts: Days Shift Details: 8 Hours Weekly Schedule: 32 Hours Mandatory Experience: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Utah or compact state RN license. Minimum of 3 year of nursing experience, preferably in hospice, home health or palliative care. Strong clinical assessment skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Compassionate demeanor and ability to support patients and families during difficult times. Current BLS Certification On‑Call 1-3 shifts per week, to include 3 weekends during the 13 week contract depending on staffing levels. Able to respond within 45 minutes to patient needs when on call.
