Schedule:

• New hire orientation sessions are offered regularly throughout the year
• NO holiday RTO accepted at this time

• Current unencumbered RN license
• At least one year of recent ICU experience (cardiovascular ICU preferred)
• BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Able to qualify as a traveler (must reside 60+ miles from Malvern, AR)
• Team-driven mindset and adaptability in fast-paced environments

• Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based critical care to a diverse patient caseload
• Monitor and interpret cardiac and hemodynamic data
