Operations Coordinator

Confidential Information Handling PositionThis position plays a critical role in handling confidential information, supporting invoicing and data-driven processes, and assisting operational teams as needed. Training will be provided for any required Distribution Center floor activities.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform administrative duties with the highest level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalismHandle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion (zero tolerance for gossip)Support invoicing and financial documentation using complex and data-heavy systemsUtilize Microsoft Excel extensively for data tracking, reporting, reconciliation, and analysisPrepare presentations and summaries using Microsoft PowerPoint as neededMaintain accurate records, documentation, and reportsExercise sound judgment and independent decision-making in daily responsibilitiesDistribution Center Operational SupportProvide hands-on support on the Distribution Center floor as operational needs ariseAssist with various operational tasks to support workflow, productivity, and service levelsWork in a non-environmentally controlled warehouse environment as requiredCollaborate closely with DC leadership and floor associates to ensure smooth operationsMaintain a safety-focused mindset while supporting operational activitiesRequired QualificationsProven administrative experience in a professional environmentExceptional integrity, honesty, and dependabilityDemonstrated ability to handle highly confidential information with discretionStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; working knowledge of PowerPointComfort working within complex, data-intensive systemsStrong organizational skills with high attention to detailExcellent judgment, initiative, and decision-making abilitiesWillingness and ability to assist on the Distribution Center floor as neededStrong work ethic and reliability in attendance and performancePreferred QualificationsJD Edwards (JDE) experience or familiarity with ERP systemsPrior experience in a distribution, warehouse, or manufacturing environmentWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and are committed to providing a workplace free from discrimination.
