Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg

Registered Nurse – Medical-Surgical

Shift: 7p-7a (Nights)

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Requirements:

• Active RN license (NH or Compact) required at time of submission
• Current certifications: BLS, NHISS (prior to start), ACLS
• Up-to-date resume with 2+ years of experience in medical-surgical/telemetry
• Skills checklist matching specialty
• Current driver's license with address matching demographics
• NURSYS report for license verification with all active RN licenses
• EMR experience preferred: Cerner (not required)
• Dysrhythmia exam during onboarding with a preferred score of 80%

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to high-acuity medical-surgical patients
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing nursing interventions as needed
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and care plans
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records

Compliance / Notes:

RTO (Request Time Off) must be included at time of submission

Traveler may be requested to float to partner facilities when needed
