Dental Assistant

Overview This is a Part-Time Dental Assistant role. It is for Saturdays only. Responsibilities Greet and prepare patients for treatment Provide chairside assistance during a variety of dental procedures Expose radiographs and intra‑oral pictures Provide post‑operative instructions and patient education Prepare, break down, disinfect and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments Maintain strict compliance with infection control, CDC, OSHA and HIPAA guidelines Maintain dental supply inventory Perform other related job duties as assigned Demonstrate strong teamwork; providers assisted may change depending on practice needs Qualifications Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology CDA preferred Possess required certifications, licensure or registration as required by state Benefits Health insurance with optional HSA, single or family coverage Gym/health club reimbursement and discounted health and fitness merchandise Dental benefits (including free cleanings) for those working 30+ hours Vision coverage 401(k) with dedicated financial assistance Continuing education through work at no cost to you #J-18808-Ljbffr 42 North Dental
