If you have a passion for quality, a strong technical background, and a commitment to operational excellence, we invite you to help shape the future of our innovative and fast-growing company.Summary: The Quality Manager leads, develops, and manages all Quality Systems and initiatives to ensure consistent product quality and regulatory compliance across the organization.Supervisory Responsibilities:Direct supervisory responsibility for Laboratory, Line Quality Control (QC), and Quality Support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environmentResponsible for recruiting, onboarding, training, coaching, providing ongoing performance feedback, and managing disciplinary actions as neededDuties/Responsibilities:Collaborates with Operations and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives in production and quality performance processesOrganizational Lead for all Quality Functions including Quality Assurance, Quality Lab, and Document ControlLeads investigations of quality non-conformances and develops, implements, and communicates corrective and preventive actions to internal and external stakeholdersEffectively leads and mentors quality staff to deliver exceptional support and service to clients, maintaining a customer-focused approachDevelops, implements, and continuously improves quality standard testing and evaluation processes to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory specificationsReviews Master Work Orders and Blending Work Orders to ensure client specifications are accurateResponsible for coordination and execution of client quality auditsRegularly communicates externally with client quality contacts regarding production quality issues, including non-conformances and corrective actionsReports raw material quality issues to procurement for corrective actionResponsible for sourcing and quoting quality and lab supplies/assetsAuthors, reviews, and updates Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to quality processes, ensuring documentation aligns with industry best practicesDevelops and delivers training programs for quality personnel based on the IKI Quality Management System, fostering skill advancement and complianceEnsures adequate staffing of quality personnelOther duties as assignedRequired Skills and Competencies:Understanding of GMP, EPA, and FDA regulationsKnowledge of analytical lab testing equipmentExperience with microbial testing preferredPrior experience in aerosol manufacturing preferred, but not requiredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailExceptional time management skills and a strong sense of urgencyStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong supervisory and leadership skillsAbility to adapt to the needs of the organization and employeesAbility to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriateProficient with Microsoft Office SuiteEducation and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field requiredMinimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a quality leadership role within a manufacturing environment requiredHours:Primarily 1st shift M-F, with the ability to work extended hours to interact with off-shifts.
