RBT certification required before starting work. Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference for children with autism. Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations. Commitment to a minimum 6‑month employment period. Experience in education, early childhood development, childcare, youth mentorship, teaching assistance, paraprofessional or instructional aide roles, after‑school programs, camp counseling, behavioral health, mental health, social services, ABA therapy, or related healthcare support (DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, caregiver) is desirable but not required; paid training will be provided for eligible candidates.
