Minimum Qualifications Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active New Jersey PTA license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility, long-term care, or subacute environment preferred. Familiarity with treatment of subacute and long-term care patient populations, including Medicare A/HMO and LTC Med B casemix preferred. Ability to document thoroughly in electronic medical records and communicate with interdisciplinary teams preferred.

Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days 0830-1630. Schedule: 5x8 (five 8-hour shifts per week). Start: ASAP. Float Requirement: May be required to float to other facilities as needed. Contract Length: 13 weeks.
