Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Labor and Delivery Discipline: RN Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Unit Information: Birthing Center L&D / (611) Location: Wesley Birth Care Suites Address: 322 E Murdock St, Wichita, KS 67214 Floor: Building: Wesley Birth Care Suites General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds - 29 Number of Staff – 20 Type of staff: Day Shift – 1 CNC/charge and 3-4 RNs Night Shift – 1CNC/charge 2-3 RNs Patient Ratios – 4-6:1 Type of equipment - Welch Allen vitals machines, CPN monitors, POC Glucose monitoring EMR - Meditech / CPN Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Minimum 1-year current acute care Postpartum experience BLS & NRP Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
