Shift Availability

We are a 24/7, 365-day organization with opportunities for flexible, consistent scheduling:

• 8-hour and 12-hour shifts available
• Predictable schedules with flexibility when life happens

What You'll Do

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor, assess, and document individuals' health status
• Support and implement individualized care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure regulatory compliance
• Provide guidance and support to IDD Caregivers

What You Bring

We're looking for nurses who want to make a difference:

• Active LPN or RN license in Tennessee
• Valid driver's license
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassion, reliability, and a positive attitude
• Healthcare experience preferred

Pay & Benefits

We value your expertise and commitment:

• $28.00 - $33.00 per hour (based on experience and shift)
• Full benefits package
• MDC covers approximately 85% of employee-only health insurance premiums
