Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the multidisciplinary approach to cancer care for patients at RUHS.
• Contribute to the LLUCC's comprehensive oncology services.
• Participate in the LLU Hematology/Oncology fellowship program.
• Deliver patient-centered care while engaging in translational research.
• Collaborate with specialized teams focused on various cancer types.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Significant clinical experience in oncology.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Academic credentials suitable for the desired rank.

Working Conditions

The RUHS site is a key provider of cancer services for Riverside County, ensuring a supportive and collaborative atmosphere for both staff and patients.

Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated total annual compensation ranges from $360,000 to $496,000 . This figure includes variable compensation based on a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE) work schedule, as detailed in the department's compensation plan. The starting base salary will be adjusted according to the candidate's experience and faculty rank.
