About the Role Siemens Fort Worth facility is hiring a Junior SAP Data Analyst to support manufacturing operations with a focus on production and fabrication processes. The role ensures data accuracy, process adherence, and operational visibility within SAP, enabling reliable execution across engineering, production, planning, and warehouse functions. Responsibilities Maintaining and updates plant‑level material master data while coordinating corrective actions by production/planning, support functions, and other plants regarding their respective master data components. Owning and managing SAP Material Master Data (MM) and Production Planning (PP) modules; and a familiarity with Sales & Distribution (SD) and Financial Accounting (FI) modules. Experience with the manufacturing value‑chain, to include fabrication and being able to relate these concepts to virtual processes within SAP. Understanding and making changes to networking, configuration/use of peripherals, basic computer hardware. Analyzing, evaluating, prioritizing, and solving master data deficiencies that have operational impacts; able to articulate the impact to process owners and drive changes to reduce future deficiencies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree; background in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Distribution, CompSci, or Systems Engineering. Vocationally trained and experienced (semi‑)professional positions with extensive knowledge of a range of specific processes and systems could be substituted for a bachelor’s degree. Similarly, 2‑years professional experience with basic knowledge in a technical field could be a substitute for a bachelor’s degree. 2–5 years of experience using one or more of the following SAP WM, MM, PP modules and a medium to high understanding of Material Master Tabs; experience in a manufacturing environment preferred, but not required. Direct experience with positioning in service and troubleshooting Information Technologies (IT) topics such as networking, configuration/use of peripherals, basic computer hardware. Experience assisting in the development of enhancements/automation of ERP tools for SCM functions. Advanced proficiency using computers, including Microsoft Office 365 tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word).
