Howell Engineering is seeking a Survey Manager-PLS with a minimum of 5 years of land surveying experience to lead survey crews across federal, state, and private clients in PA/NJ/DE/MD. In this role you will plan, direct, and coordinate survey activities, ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance, mentor staff, and manage budgets and client relationships.
