Job Summary:
A highly qualified Electrophysiology (EP) Technician is sought for a position in San Luis Obispo, California. This role involves supporting the Electrophysiology (EP) team as well as covering catheterization (cath) procedures on non-EP days. The ideal candidate will have fluoro and EP scrub/stimulation experience and be capable of teaching and guiding the EP team as needed. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment.

Job Details:

• Location: San Luis Obispo, California
• Certifications: BLS Certification; License to Submit
• Education and Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrophysiology procedures
• Schedule: 4x10-hour shifts, 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM, Weekdays, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certify valid BLS Certification; no specific degree or educational requirement; 2 years of experience; ability to work in an acute care setting
• Additional Information: Hospital can cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment, or 3 shifts for shorter assignments
• Responsibilities include supporting EP team functions, covering cath procedures on non-EP days, and supporting the team with teaching and guidance tasks
• Float: Float rotation may be required
