Residential HVAC Service Technician

Better benefits. More opportunities. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential and light commercial HVAC systems while ensuring top-quality service and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems. Create accurate repair estimates for customers. Educate customers on HVAC products, services, and maintenance needs. Perform routine maintenance on heating and cooling systems. Mentor and train junior technicians. Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and team members. Adhere to all local codes, regulations, and safety standards. Participate in rotating on-call shifts, occasional overtime, and weekend work. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications: 2 years of HVAC service experience. EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain immediately). Ability to lift 50-100 lbs. regularly. Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, ladders, and outdoor environments. Strong communication skills and customer service mindset. Positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to build strong relationships. Eagerness to learn and stay current with evolving HVAC technology.
