About the Role

Civitas Alliance is a financial services organization built around three things: group benefits, retirement planning, and advanced market work. We're not a call center. We're not a big box captive carrier. We're a family shop, and we're growing.

We're looking for Benefits Advisors to work on a specific marketing campaigns focused on retirement planning, supplemental insurance, ancillary plans, and benefits consulting for individuals and small businesses. If you've got the experience and you've been waiting for the right vehicle, this is it.

What You'll Do

• Meet with clients to assess their benefits needs and present coverage solutions (Medicare, Life Insurance, Supplemental insurance, Telehealth, Ancillary plans, Financial modeling and more)
• Build and manage your own book of business through a mix of warm leads, referrals, and outreach
• Leverage our advanced market team for complex cases — you focus on relationships, we help with the heavy lifting
• Stay compliant with HIPAA and state insurance regulations in all client interactions

• $55,000-$105,000 for average advisors in their first year.

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in insurance, benefits, or financial services sales (required)
• A self-starter who can manage their own pipeline and time
• Strong communication skills — you know how to explain complex products simply
• Active insurance license or willingness to obtain one
• Bilingual candidates are a plus
