Position Overview

We are hiring Remote Sales Representatives (Closers & Setters) to handle high-intent, pre-qualified leads and guide clients through personalized financial solutions.

This is a performance-driven environment where agents who follow the system consistently are earning $10K–$20K+ per month , with top producers far exceeding that.

Whether you’re new to the industry or an experienced closer, we provide hands-on coaching, daily training, and a proven script to help you succeed.

What You’ll Do

• Speak with high-intent inbound leads actively seeking financial solutions
• Conduct phone or Zoom consultations with clients
• Present life insurance and financial protection products
• Follow a proven sales script with tested rebuttals
• Overcome objections and confidently close deals
• Track pipeline and follow up with prospects
• Collaborate with team members during live sales sessions
