General Merchandise Inventory Coordinator

Responsibilities Build rapport with customers and provide a friendly, outgoing attitude. Help customers with product questions and direct them to another team member when necessary. Stock product and maintain displays following merchandising standards. Utilize store technology to complete activities and tasks. Support general merchandise tasks – product, pricing, inventory, and merchandising across departments such as Health & Beauty Care, Hardlines, Fashion/Softlines, Pets, Hardware, Cards & Party, Outdoor, Seasonal & Floral. Collaborate with team members and managers on additional tasks as needed. Qualifications Detail‑oriented and organized. Strong listening and communication skills (face‑to‑face and virtual). Willingness to learn or existing familiarity with job‑specific technology. Problem‑solving competence and eagerness to troubleshoot. Process‑driven; able to follow procedures efficiently. Capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, and twisting product. Able to stand for long periods of time. Desire to work with customers consistently in a fast‑paced environment.
