Trillium Drivers is now seeking autonomous vehicle operators in Detroit for direct-hire!

Pay rate starts at $19/hour. There is a $3 shift differential and $3 attendance incentive which would result in making up to $25/hour!

Incentive Details - Operators are eligible for an additional $3/hour incentive if they: -Work all 5 scheduled days -Maintain required operational efficiency metrics

Shift Differential The following shifts receive an additional $3/hour differential: -9:00 PM swing shift -2:00 AM graveyard shift

Attendance Flexibility -Operations run 24/7. If an operator misses scheduled time due to illness or absence, management will allow them to work scheduled days off in order to still qualify for the 5-day attendance incentive.

Adventure-Packed Launch Start strong with expense-paid Washington D.C immersion in AV operations, then hit Philadelphia streets for hands-on testing across diverse routes and shifts (40 hrs/week: days, evenings, weekends, overnights). Key Duties -Steer AVs on structured or free-form paths, focusing on autonomous monitoring with minimal manual drives. -Capture software logs, provide instant environmental insights, and evaluate vehicle features. -Deliver precise ride reports to support engineering and ops. -Ensure unwavering safety standards everywhere.

Rewards Breakdown -Pay: $19/hour w2(40 hrs/week). -Benefits: Health insurance, paid training. -Bonus: All-expenses-paid 1-month Washington D.C training (travel, food, lodging).

Your Qualifications -21+ years old, valid driver's license, 3+ years professional driving experience. -Tech-fluent: Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs), smartphones, touchscreens. -Quick-thinking observer with sharp, succinct communication. -Physically ready: Prolonged sitting/standing, 45-lb lifts, stairs, occasional reaching/balancing/stooping; full-range vision. -Flexible for rotational shifts.
