Veterinary ReceptionistAnimal Hospital of Dunedin is hiring a full-time front-desk receptionist to be the first point of contact for our veterinary clients, playing a crucial role in setting the tone for their visit. Make outbound calls for appointment reminders and follow-ups.Understand common vaccination protocols, basic lab tests, common diseases, veterinary terminology, and pet behavior.Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization to ensure a positive client experience.Qualifications:Previous experience as a veterinary receptionist or medical office assistant preferredStrong organizational and multitasking skillsAbility to maintain a calm, professional, and positive demeanorWe're focused on making sure our hospital has the right tools to allow our doctor and medical staff the ability to provide excellent service and care.
