About the Position

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | Monday–Friday, 5x8-Hour Shifts (6:30 AM – 3:00 PM) | Call required up to 1–2 times per week (3 hours after shift)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care within an Operating Room setting
• Support surgical procedures with a focus on Orthopedics and Ophthalmology specialties
• Utilize electronic health record systems to document and manage patient care
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by unit needs
• Collaborate with surgical team members to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active California RN License (Temporary or Permanent) required at time of submittal
• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Minimum 1.5 years of continuous experience in Operating Room specialty
• Demonstrated experience in Orthopedics and Ophthalmology (skills checklist required)
• EPIC or combined EPIC/Cerner experience within the last 6 months of work history
• Minimum 1 year total travel nursing experience with at least 6 months of continuous travel experience leading up to submittal

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience floating within or below current skillset as needed
• Supervisory-level professional reference available upon submittal
• Prompt interview availability, including same day and within 3 business days
