Psychologist

LifeStance Health is seeking a licensed Psychologist to provide high‑quality outpatient mental health care within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will conduct psychological assessments, deliver evidence‑based individual, family, and group therapy, and develop collaborative, goal‑oriented treatment plans. You’ll work in both telehealth and in‑office settings, partnering closely with psychiatrists, therapists, and primary care providers to ensure integrated, patient‑centered care. Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations Provide evidence-based individual, family, and group psychotherapy Develop, implement, and update person‑centered treatment plans Deliver care via both telehealth and in‑office outpatient visits Monitor outcomes and adjust interventions based on clinical progress Document services in the EHR in accordance with legal and ethical standards Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and other healthcare professionals Participate in case consultations, supervision, and team meetings Educate patients and families on mental health conditions and coping skills Maintain compliance with all regulatory, ethical, and organizational policies Psychological assessment and diagnostics Evidence-based psychotherapy (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT) Treatment planning and documentation Risk assessment and crisis intervention Telehealth platforms and virtual care delivery Clinical interviewing and mental status examination Electronic health record (EHR) proficiency Outcome measurement and progress monitoring Interdisciplinary collaboration Ethical and legal standards in clinical practice Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active state Psychologist license (PhD/PsyD) Completion of APA- or CPA-accredited doctoral program in psychology Supervised clinical internship/residency Board certification in clinical psychology (preferred) Telehealth competency training (preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr Chapter 13 Trustee Middle District of Alabama
