Own Hub's network of data partners: the companies that collect, label and check data with us, and bring us deals. Hub is one of the fastest-growing data companies, providing real-world training data to the largest AI and robotics companies. Based in San Francisco and backed by Y Combinator and top VCs, our mission is to advance embodied AGI through real-world data and research. The Role We work with 20 to 50 human-in-the-loop companies that collect, label and quality-check data alongside us. They bring us capacity, deals and early signals on what the market is about to ask for. You own that network and make it grow. What You’ll Own A weekly cadence with every partner: calls, WhatsApp, Slack. Every partner always knows where things stand. Activating capacity fast: a partner with 200 people in the US ready to collect next week, or reviewers to scale QA on a new project. Bringing in deals and market signals from partners, and passing them to the founders the same day. Contracts, statements of work, pricing and upsells with partners. Keeping the CRM right: every partner, contact, capacity and open deal. The Profile 3+ years in account management, partnerships or sales at a data collection, annotation or labeling company. This is a must: you know the players and how they work. Native or fully professional English, spoken and written. Extroverted and great on calls. People take your call the next day. Relentless follow-up. Nothing goes cold. Methodical CRM operator: if it isn't in the CRM, it didn't happen. AI native: you use agents every day for research, outreach and follow-ups. Big sense of ownership. Your accounts and your numbers are yours. Nice to Have You already have relationships with data or annotation companies in several countries. You run an always-on personal agent (e.g. Hermes Agent). Tools and Stack Frontier models, uncapped, and agents that research every partner before you meet them. LinkedIn and email automation, with a human on every reply. The CRM as the single source of truth for every partner and deal. Examples of What You'll Work On We need 5,000 skilled workers in Australia recording with specialised hardware within 2 weeks. We need our partners to collect more gardening data than cleaning data over the next week. We need 3 partners to co-invest in a non-exclusive egocentric dataset recorded on our mobile app. What We Offer $30,000 to $50,000 yearly base, plus commission on revenue collected from the accounts you manage. Structure and quota discussed with you. Fully remote, or from our Paris or São Paulo office. Direct work with the founders, top AI labs and our global partner network.
