Industrial Growth Marketing Leader (Remote-US)

Kewazo is a robotics and AI company automating heavy industry. Our lifting robot, LIFTBOT, reduces crane time and manual handling to improve safety, reduce costs, and increase schedule reliability during maintenance, turnarounds, and capital projects. Our systems run at sites operated by some of the largest energy and chemical companies in North America and Europe.

About the role This is a revenue-focused marketing leadership role. Marketing at Kewazo is not brand-first, it is pipeline-first. Every activity should contribute to measurable pipeline and revenue, and you will work in close partnership with sales as one integrated go-to-market team. You own marketing end to end. This is a hands-on role for someone who has been the first or only marketer at a company and grew it, not for someone who wants to manage a department. You will not be doing it alone: you will work with a full-time visual designer, a revenue operations and AI GTM engineering team, a business development representative, and account executives across North America and Europe. What we do not have today is one person who owns marketing as a whole. That is this role. Account-based marketing and pipeline growth • Develop and execute ABM strategies targeting key accounts across oil, gas, and chemical industries

• Map stakeholders within asset owners and contractors, and design multi-touch engagement strategies
• Collaborate with sales to identify high-value targets and support deal acceleration
• Design campaigns that generate qualified leads and measurable pipeline contribution
• Track performance and optimize campaigns based on revenue impact

Demand generation and digital • Own the website: analytics, landing pages, conversion, and testing

• Own search and answer engine optimization, so buyers find us both in search and through the AI tools they now use to research
• Run paid campaigns on a defined budget, and be able to explain where every dollar of it goes
• Run cold and warm email at scale, including nurture and upsell sequences
• Build intent signals from public and third-party sources and turn them into scored target lists our BDR and account executives can act on

Content and thought leadership • Lead the creation of case studies, technical content, customer stories, and thought-leadership articles

• Develop video content and industrial storytelling assets
• Ensure consistent messaging across the website, social media, and event materials
• Strengthen Kewazo's position as a leader in industrial automation and robotics

Events and market presence • Plan and execute the event strategy across oil, gas, and heavy industry conferences, which is where much of our pipeline comes from today

• Manage booth presence, content preparation, and on-site coordination
• Use events for account penetration and to feed the ABM motion

Marketing operations and AI • Oversee day-to-day marketing execution and operations, and build processes that keep marketing tied to revenue

• Coordinate design, external agencies, and freelancers so we get more done than our headcount suggests
• Use AI across the stack, and work with our AI GTM engineering team to automate work that would otherwise need a bigger team

What we are looking for • You have been the first or only marketer at a company and grew it from close to zero to real revenue. This matters to us more than any other line on your CV.

• You are a generalist who does the work: performance marketing, email, website, SEO and GEO, content, events, and marketing operations
• Strong background in account-based marketing and a track record of pipeline-generating strategies
• Experience working closely with sales teams in revenue-driven environments
• You use AI in practice, not in vocabulary. You already build with it, and you have opinions about where it helps and where it does not.
• You know how to spend a small budget well and can explain your reasoning
• B2B experience selling into industrial, manufacturing, or other regulated sectors is a plus, and refining and petrochemical experience is a big plus. We will get you up to speed, and our team and materials will help.
• Highly execution-driven and comfortable handling both strategic planning and operational tasks. This role rows and steers.
• Willing to travel for conferences, customer sites, and time with the team in Houston

Nice to have • Copywriting ability, so you are not blocked waiting on someone else to write

• Enough visual design sense to brief our designer well, or to produce something usable yourself
• Podcast production experience. We see an opening for industrial and turnaround content and would support you in running it.

Compensation and benefits • Base salary of $100,000 to $140,000, depending on experience
