Community Engagement Coordinator

Supporting community programs and fostering long-term relationships, the full-time remote Community Engagement Team Member will analyze community dynamics, drive stakeholder communications, and manage team operations to enhance clean energy initiatives. Key responsibilities Perform comprehensive desktop research and sentiment analysis to evaluate local perceptions toward development and clean energy projects Create and manage official stakeholder and landowner notices tied to key project milestones across development and operational phases Provide critical administrative oversight for the Community Engagement team, managing budget tracking and vendor invoicing Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Communications, Environmental Policy, Urban Planning, Public Affairs, or a related discipline 1+ years of experience in community engagement, public outreach, or local stakeholder management within clean energy or large-scale infrastructure Proficiency with ArcGIS and experience in conducting community sentiment research Track record of managing stakeholder notice processes across multi-phase project lifecycles Exceptional organizational skills, including budget tracking and cross-functional coordination
