Build a relationship with your customer from greeting through post-sale contact. Demonstrate selling techniques for retail, custom clothing, and special occasion rentals. Encourage and participate in team selling and contribute to the achievement of store sales volume and metrics goals. Assist with visually merchandising, setup, and other store-related projects, as well as conducting merchandise stock counts. Handle the cash register at the point of sale in the store. Ability to work well with retail sales associates at all levels and contribute to a positive work environment. Physical Requirements Stand and walk for the majority of the shift; frequently bend, squat and twist; lift up to 50 lbs; climb a ladder to reach merchandise and/or supplies; distinguish fabric patterns and colors.
