Customer Service requires:

4+ years' customer service experience

Proficiency in the use of computer to navigate between different websites, effective communication, time management, problem-solving, and active listening.
Empathy to understand provider frustration, problem-solving, and active listening.
Experience with Microsoft Office products

High school diploma/GED

DUTIES:

Responsible for answering inquiries via phone, email, and fax, ensuring overall provider satisfaction. I
