Compensation: Salary range: $423K - $423K, plus a $30K sign-on bonus

Position Highlights

• Become part of a team of 5 Physicians
• Perform deliveries and surgeries at the new Aurora Medical Center - Sheboygan County, a cutting-edge 119-bed community hospital featuring 12 spacious LDRP rooms
• Work in an outpatient clinic located adjacent to the hospital
• Enjoy a 4-day work week
• Participate in a 1:6 call schedule
• Access to a Level IIB NICU
• Benefit from a strong support team of RNs, LPNs, and ultrasound technicians
• Join a dedicated, cohesive, and collegial group of professionals
• Engage with a highly involved medical group
• Access specialists in Gyn/Onc, Maternal Fetal Medicine, and robotic surgery
• Be part of a nationally recognized integrated organization with a physician-led medical group and embedded service lines
• Utilize DAX Copilot, an AI-driven clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, to streamline workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review and signature
• Experience a commitment to providing safe and equitable care for all patients

Training and Experience Required

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
