Responsibility and autonomy : Independently manage a diverse portfolio of clients, delivering all accounting tasks accurately and on time. Client satisfaction : Become the trusted advisor to your clients by providing the right advice at the right time to optimize their financial and tax management. Leadership : With support for data entry, focus on high-value tasks and strategic advice. You’ll also mentor and guide a junior, playing a key role in their development. Your Responsibilities: Team Management: Supervise and mentor a junior accountant in their growth. Actively participate in one of Catalyst’s strategic committees. Provide support to your manager and the rest of the team. Operations: Manage a wide range of accounting tasks, including: VAT declarations and VAT listings, Financial reporting and periodic planning, Year-end closings and personal income tax, Financial planning and tax audits. With assistance for data entry, focus on analysis and client advisory for strategic decision-making. Client Relationship Management: Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and high-quality service delivery. Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their expectations. Your Profile: ITAA trainee . At least 3 year of experience in independently managing client portfolios. Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
