Creating and sustaining positive, compassionate interactions with clients and co-workers, and providing high-quality service will be central to the work you do. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be important to your responsibilities.Specifically, the Support Staff memberProvides exemplary customer service;Works hours that cover agency hours (hours may vary by location and programmatic needs);Covers front desk reception;Operates phones/phone system;Scans and uploads records to the electronic health record;Verifies client payer eligibility;Schedules client appointments as requested;Processes Release of Information requests;Balances cash drawer/box;Maintains client electronic health records as needed;Completes client phone enrollments;Completes other departments' job requests as needed;Covers at various locations as assigned;Records data electronically and communicates with clients;Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.Physical Requirements:Requires standing, sitting and walking for prolonged periods of timeRequires occasional drivingOccasionally lifts and carries items up to 20 poundsRequires working under stress in emergency situationsOccasional exposure to communicable diseases and bodily fluidsRequires frequent use of a computer, phone and other equipmentWhat You'll Like About UsCompetitive pay. $17.22 an hour (Depends on education and related experience)Generous benefits package.
