Assembler 1 at MKS

As an Assembler 1 at MKS, you will assemble and test units in the Sensor Department. In this role, you will report to the supervisor.

This is a contract position with the Davis Companies, working onsite at MKS Inc in Andover MA and could convert to a permanent role. You will make an impact by:

• Performing a wide variety of electronic, electro-mechanical and mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies
• Determining and/or following methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing on assembly units
• Making set-ups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications
• May be responsible for testing equipment and products

Skills you bring:

• 0-1 years of job-related work experience
• Able to work second or third shifts

Preferred skills:

• Experience with Windows based computers

Physical demands and working conditions:

• Working condition: Cleanroom environment

Hourly pay rate: $18/hr plus shift differential. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law.
