Ulta Beauty - - Responsibilities: Provide exceptional guest service and manage the services booking system and guest records; Book appointments for and support the execution of services and in-store events; Contribute to meeting store goals related to retail and service sales; Develop guest relationships through in-person and over-the-phone interactions and provide appropriate retail and service recommendations; Collaborate with managers, stylists, and skin therapists to grow the business and deliver a well-rounded guest experience
