Associate Attorney

LHH is partnering with a well-established firm to hire a Commercial Real Estate Associate. This is a great opportunity for an attorney early in their career to gain hands-on experience working directly with partners and clients on sophisticated transactions from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Support commercial real estate deals from structuring through closing
• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, loan documents, and related contracts
• Conduct due diligence, including title and survey review
• Assist with entity formation and organizational documents
• Coordinate closings and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Work collaboratively with attorneys, clients, and industry professionals

Qualifications:

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials
• Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing
• 1+ year of commercial real estate experience
• Solid understanding of real estate transactions and contracts
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
