Job Summary:
Physical Therapist (Inpatient) in Dallas, Texas. This position involves providing inpatient rehabilitation therapy within an acute care setting. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The role entails working a shift from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS); Education: relevant Physical Therapist degree; Experience: inpatient rehabilitation and acute care experience; Location: Dallas, Texas; Years of Experience: 0+ years
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in inpatient rehabilitation, acute care, or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF); familiarity with Meditech electronic medical records software
• Additional Information:
  • Units are primarily focused on inpatient rehabilitation and acute care
  • Typically work with a patient ratio of 1 therapist to 12-14 patients
  • Typical procedures include evaluations and treatments
  • Dress code in hunter green scrubs; no fake nails, dips, gels, which must be kept short
  • Weekend rotations at least two days in a four-week schedule, including holidays
