Position Overview The Breakfast Greeter is the first friendly face our guests see each morning. This role is responsible for creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere, managing guest flow into the breakfast area, and supporting the breakfast team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience. The ideal candidate is upbeat, attentive, and genuinely enjoys interacting with people.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor
• Manage the flow of guests entering the breakfast area, including waitlists when needed
• Provide basic information about breakfast offerings, hours, seating, and hotel amenities
• Assist guests with seating, special requests, and accessibility needs
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entrance and dining area
• Communicate with kitchen and service staff to ensure tables are ready and guest needs are met
• Monitor breakfast supplies and notify staff when items need replenishing
• Address guest questions or concerns promptly and courteously
• Uphold all hotel safety, sanitation, and service standards

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Friendly, positive attitude with a genuine desire to help guests
• Ability to stay calm and organized during busy morning periods
• Previous hospitality or customer-facing experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to stand for extended periods and move throughout the dining area

Schedule & Environment

This position primarily works early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced but supportive team environment.
