We are currently seeking a highly motivated Project Controls Manager with 5 years of experience in cost management, scheduling, and project performance analysis on mega-projects like data centers or advance manufacturing facilities, to join our team in Atlanta, GA. A DAY IN THE LIFE Develop and maintain project cost control systems, including budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis. Monitor and update project schedules, ensuring alignment with contractual milestones and client expectations. Prepare and present detailed cost and schedule reports to senior management and clients. Collaborate with project managers and field teams to identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and maintain performance metrics. Manage change orders, RFIs, and ensure accurate documentation of scope adjustments. Oversee internal project accounting and financial performance to maintain budget alignment. Support procurement and subcontractor coordination to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery. Lead project closeout activities, including final cost reconciliation and lessons‑learned reporting. NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline. 5–7 years of experience in project controls, cost management, and scheduling within construction or design/build environments. Proficiency in scheduling and cost control software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar). Strong analytical, critical‑thinking, and problem‑solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients, project teams, and stakeholders. Proven ability to lead negotiations and resolve conflicts constructively. Willingness and flexibility to travel to project sites nationwide as required.
