Role Description
Redan LLC is seeking a highly experienced Power Platform Architect to be part of a growing team in the federal sector. As a Power Platform Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and modernization of enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies. This role is pivotal in driving digital transformation through Azure and Power Platform solutions, ensuring scalable, secure, and efficient architectures that meet evolving business needs.
The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise, strategic vision, and a collaborative mindset to influence modernization efforts across large-scale environments. Candidate must have excellent written and oral communication skills and be adaptive to the organization's changing needs. This candidate must have experience with building and maintaining highly effective relationships with team members and multiple stakeholders across multiple projects. Work in an agile environment and provide technical knowledge and development to the team throughout all agile ceremonies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience in software development and architecture within the past 10 years
- Proven experience with ASP.NET / C# and Azure development
- Strong background in architecting Azure solutions and CI/CD implementation
- Experience with Azure DevOps and Power Platform as a framework
- Demonstrated success in migrating legacy systems to Power Platform
- Expertise in .NET Core/Framework, SQL Server, and MVC architecture
- Proficiency in database design and development (SQL, Oracle, NoSQL)
- Familiarity with Web Services, WCF, and Service-Oriented Architecture
- Strong attention to detail and excellent troubleshooting skills
- Effective communication and collaboration in team environments
- Ability to lead enterprise-level Power Platform adoption
- Experience with Dynamics 365 integration
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Knowledge of cloud security and governance best practices
