QUALITY TECHNICIAN

Start your new career as a Quality Technician with MAU at our client in Thomson, GA. As a Quality Technician, you will perform finish product inspections and release or reject product accordingly based on inspection, testing, and FP spec. What We Offer:
- Pay of $19.00 per hour
- Third Shift | Monday - Friday | 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM Saturday as needed

- Basic reading, writing, and math skills
- Successful completion of the company training program
- Ability to perform tasks that include the need to bend, twist, stand for the duration of the shift, and lift up to 25 pounds
- Experience in a relevant quality position - preferred
- Perform finish product inspections and release or reject products accordingly, based on inspection, testing, and FP specifications
- Perform walk-around inspections during the manufacture of products
- Address any quality-related concerns with the operator and shift supervisor
- Inspections include in-process raw materials, in-process finished product, lot numbers, UDI labels if applicable, and packaging
- Initiate nonconforming reports for materials and finished products
- Complete finished product tags in a timely manner
- Notify Maintenance/Shift Supervisor of product defects and machine maintenance needs
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
