Provide exceptional, patient-centered dental care with kindness, skill, and professionalism.
Perform comprehensive exams, diagnosis and treatment planning with a focus on patient education and long term oral health
Deliver high-quality restorative, preventative, and cosmetic dental procedures.
Collaborate with our supportive team of dental assistants, and front office staff to ensure seamless patient experiences.
Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients about their treatment options, outcomes, and preventive care.
Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation in a timely manner.
Contribute to a positive, drama-free, and growth-minded office culture. What We're Looking For
DDS or DMD degree and a current California dental license.
A caring, patient-first philosophy and strong clinical judgment.
Excellent communication and chair-side manner that builds trust and confidence.
Commitment to teamwork, collaboration, and maintaining the highest standards of care.
Desire to grow professionally and contribute to the success of the practice.
Experience in restorative dentistry required; additional skills in implants, Invisalign, or endo are a plus.
