Days Left: 27 days, 3 hours left Apply Title: Business Analyst - RMIS Platforms Location: Houston, TX 77008 (2x in office, 3x remote) Number openings: 2 Pay Range: $40 - $45 per hour Benefits: The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, short-term disability insurance, paid parking/public transportation, (paid time , paid sick and safe time , hours of paid vacation time, weeks of paid parental leave, paid holidays annually - As Applicable POSITION SUMMARY The Business Analyst supports day-to-day administration and continuous improvement of enterprise Risk Management Information System, ensuring reliable platform performance and configuration support across 200+ operating companies. This role combines hands-on system configuration with operating company enablement, serving as a key point of contact for platform support and training. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform daily system maintenance and support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Build and maintain dashboards and standard/ad hoc reports for stakeholders
- Configure and maintain forms, workflows, and data capture fields
- Configure and support the mobile application experience for field users
- Manage user configuration, roles, permissions, and access provisioning
- Develop training materials and lead enablement sessions to onboard and support operating companies on the system
- Serve as a point of contact for OpCo-level support requests and escalations
- Document system configurations, processes, and change history
- Partner with IT and business stakeholders to translate requirements into system configurations
- Support testing and validation of system updates, patches, and releases
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and platform optimizatio
- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems or equivalent combination of education/experience
- Demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly and apply technical/business logic
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Excel; comfort working with data and reporting tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to train and support non-technical end users
- Experience with RMIS/GRC platform
- Experience with EHS, Risk Management, Claims, or Safety systems
- Exposure to SQL, Power BI, or similar reporting/BI tools
- Experience supporting enterprise systems and delivering training across multiple business units
