Job Responsibilities

• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to ensure comprehensive and holistic patient care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Provide instruction to patients and their family members on therapy strategies that promote ongoing progress at home.
• Track and Document Patient Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and adapt treatment plans as necessary, ensuring patients remain on the right track.

Education Requirements

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Encouragement for continuing education or post-graduate certifications.

Licensure and Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• Mandatory NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification.
