Responsibilities Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and on time Support month-end and year-end close processes Prepare and post journal entries in accordance with GAAP Assist with budget preparation, variance analysis, and forecasting Coordinate with external auditors and support audit preparation activities Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 1-3 years of accounting or related experience preferred Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel Strong knowledge of financial statements, P/L's and general accounting principles Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset 2+ years in Intuit QuickBooks About Us Our team is passionate, collaborative, and dedicated to excellence in everything we do.
