Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
• Valid state SLP licensure or eligibility
• Experience with preschool-aged children and early childhood assessments
• Familiarity with bilingual assessment tools is a strong plus
• Exceptional communication, organization, and record-keeping skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive preschool speech-language assessments in alignment with school and district protocols
• Provide targeted therapy services tailored to the individual needs of each student within your caseload
• Complete a select number of bilingual speech-language assessments districtwide
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, progress reports, and therapy outcomes
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to maximize student success and generalization of skills
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the creation of supportive learning environments
